A new electronic filing system is about to be launched by the Egyptian Patent Office. Same has been previously postponed cause of the worldwide pandemic of COVID-19 and expect to be adopted as from January 2022. Further updates will be announced…keep tuned.

By the end of the third quarter of 2021 (September 2021), almost 25000 applications were filed with the Egyptian Trade Mark Office while only 17700 applications were filed during the same period of 2020 with an increase of about 41%.
